Crystal has worked at various restaurants throughout the Monterey Peninsula. She was a sous chef and pastry chef at The Sardine Factory and she worked at Pebble Beach Resort Club XIX, Sticks and Roy's & Aubergine the restaurant at L'Auberge Carmel.
